What this covers
These terms cover using this website and running the free audit on it. They are between you and All Trades Digital.
They are not a services agreement. Buying anything from us happens under a separate written agreement that is shown to you in full at the point of purchase and has to be accepted deliberately. Nothing on this page commits either of us to any paid work, and nothing on this page is the contract for it.
The audit is free, and it is a measurement
Anyone can run it, there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel. In exchange it comes with no promises about availability: we run it on a budget, we rate-limit it, and it can stop working on any given day.
What it reports is a measurement of public data at the moment it ran. Google’s results change, a business’s profile changes, and a finding from last month may not be true today. Every report is stamped with when it ran for exactly that reason.
We do not guarantee a search ranking, and nobody honestly can. Google forbids guaranteeing positions and no vendor controls its results. If you ever see us promise a position, that is a mistake and we would like to know about it.
The audit is not professional advice. It tells you what we measured and what we think it means, and the decisions remain yours.
What you may and may not do with it
You may run the audit on a business you own, on one you are considering working with, and on a competitor. That last one is fine and we are not pretending otherwise — everything it reads is public.
What you may not do is scripted, bulk or evasive use, and the acceptable use policy is the specific version of that sentence. It is part of these terms.
Who owns what
- Your data is yours — The business data in a report is public information about a business, and our findings about it are ours. Neither gives us any claim over a business, a website or a Google profile.
- This site is ours — The text, the design, the check definitions and the code behind them belong to us. You may read a report, share it, and act on it. You may not resell it as your own product or copy the site.
- A report link is a key — The link we email you opens that report for 30 days to whoever holds it. Treat it accordingly. Tell us and we will revoke it.
Where the limits of our responsibility sit
The audit is supplied as it is, with no warranty of any kind — not of accuracy, not of availability, not of fitness for whatever you intend to do with it.
To the extent the law allows it, we are not liable for lost business, lost revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using this site or acting on a free audit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
If you become a paying client, the agreement you sign at that point governs that relationship, and where it says something different from this page, it wins.
Cutting somebody off
We can block an address, a connection or a session from the audit without notice, and the acceptable use policy says what earns that. It is a free tool with a real bill behind it, and refusing abuse of it is how it stays free for everybody else.
Changes, and the law that applies
We will change these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the version in force, and a material change re-asks for your consent choices rather than assuming them.
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
